September 2023 Updates
- In September the Olympic Collaborative submitted a grant to the Olympic Peninsula Resources Advisory Council for funding their growing monitoring program.
- Also in September the Collaborative began planning for their Virtual Public Meeting, which will be held in November 2023.
October 2023 Update
- In October, the Olympic Peninsula RAC announced that the Collaborative will be awarded $50K for their monitoring program across the Peninsula, with a particular focus on training forestry students from local colleges in the monitoring protocol.
- In October, the Collaborative Coordinator attended the Washington Forest Collaborative Network meeting.
- In October, the Collaborative finalized their agenda for their November 15th virtual public meeting.
